Here are five hopefully useful steps from me to you:
1. JUST DO IT
Don't even think about it. Just do it. Don't start overthinking things. Just don't make yourself dread it. Don't think those negativ thought about it. Try to avoide it. It's all in the head, and you can controll it if you try hard enought!
2. REWARD YOURSELF
After doing your chorse, remember to reward yourself. My best reward is good food. But you can reward yourself with anything you want.
3. IMAGNE THE FEELING AFTER DOING YOUR CHORE
You know the feeling. It feels amazing then you are finally finished. You feel good, you feel relaxed, you just feel amazing.
4. MAKE IT FUN
When I have to do the dishes or wash the floor, I like to listin to music and just dance while I do the chore, and just forget about what I'm doing and just live in the music.
5. TAKE AWAY THE DISTRACTION
Just turn the computer off! Turn it completly off! Or whatever it is distracting you from doing your chorse, just take it away. You know very well you are going to be distracted. When I am doing homework f.eks. I can get so easaly distracted, I can start reading the label of a coca cola bottle. So just take all distraction away in advance.
